Someone tell me how/why this world wide savings glut, now estimated at $22 Trillion a YEAR, is going to end and I will get bearish on stocks and real estate. The banks here are frantic to lend money. Their deposit base is growing daily. Auto loans are actually dropping. Consumers are actually (gradually) paying down card debt.

We live in FiatWorld and every central bank is accommodative or outright easing. Check out the recent M2. It does not matter who is president. This recovery has been going on 2009. The chart does not lie. Banks and corporations run the world.

Build-ready lots are being snapped up here by the day. Yanks are moving in as fast as they can find a place. Yeah, Florida; and NOT South Florida, either. As a friend here says: "We don't have to worry about serious crime because everyone here is packing." LOL. That includes females. No Redneck Riviera jury is going to charge them for shooting if they feeeeeel threatened. So be careful. ;)---

This is our paradise.
