Numbers are neither liberal nor conservative. Numbers are numbers. Nothing more. Tax cuts deprive the government of money and result in massive deficits. They tried this over and over and each time it's failed. Reagan nearly tripled the debt and Bush doubled it. Trump is expected to create $11.7 trillion of new debt. The numbers can change. We can have a recession and deficits will go to $2 trillion a year.
