I'd say treason, but I'm told we have to be at war for treason to be charged. That means he's only treasonous in a moral sense.

Trump WILL be impeached and he knows it. He is planning on the 2/3 rule in the Senate to save him from being removed from office. And he will run for re-election as an impeached President still in office.
