the lie about saturated fat just spreads into every corner of life . . .

My triglycerides went from 360 to 130.
AMAZING !!!
I think it's clear that the link for triglycerides is with grains/starch/sugar (carbs) and not saturated fat.
What's funny is that his South Beach Diet steers us away from carbs as well.
