The doctor tests mine . . . I got them checked often because I was searching for the truth. Now that I know it, I will go back to just every year or two. For the past 30 years I've been told by the doctors that I was a walking heart attack . . . high cholesterol and all lipids bad .. and way overweight. I never had a heart-attack. But now I am losing lots of weight and my blood lipids are mostly in the good range. Now that I know what to eat to affect those things. Anyway . . I try to steer away from all drugs. Sorry if I keep repeating myself.
