Yosid: I've never done that in the past with either BEAM or Orbital Sciences (had 12500 shares). Is that something I do or maybe the broker just does it automatically for me. Even better, I heard many brokers who already have the stock in their own portfolio, just hold the shares as yours (at the price who were willing to pay) until you sell-maybe that's why I never had to do it...I'll check with my broker. What do you know about this S.E.C. requirement...
