The lawsuit is most likely part of the POS manipulation.

Don, in light of these post of yours, what do you think is happening?

My theory is that speculators and traders knew that silver
was vulnerable when the gold/silver ratio entered the 45 area;
and many did possibly sell silver to buy gold. Silver is still
tethered to gold (IMHO).

I view silver as a long term investment as insurance against
deflation/inflation, Y2k, dollar panic, and of course war.
These zigs and zags are great entertainment in the meantime.

I would appreciate your insights.
