Please inform that painfully clueless sap that completing the financial filings for the SEC is Diwan’s wife’s job. That is what she gets the full time CFO salary for.

Given that the company doesn’t have any financial activity other than cutting checks to Theracour each month, it’s absolutely astonishing how infrequently she manages to complete her one and only task in a timely manner.
