Mark, good luck in finding quarterly report.

I have visited the FreeEDGAR site numerous times looking for any info on RYG (10Ks, 10Qs, anything) and can find absolutely nothing. This is a good company but I am a little irritated at how little information is available on the company and its finances. I thought any publicly traded company had to file those reports with the SEC, but apparently RYG doesn't, or maybe I'm simply not finding them.

In the meantime we have to rely on some Canadian press release or wait for the paper reports to reach us, which I'm sure will be filled with glossy pictures of plastic houses and management's self-praise. I have visited my two favorite Web sites (WSRN and Morningstar)and they offer conflicting reports: WSRN says RYG's EPS grew 22.2% last fiscal year but Morninstar says it was 27.1%. I believe the Morningstar figures to be wrong since they still carry the number of shares outstanding as 80.3 million, which was the number before last fall's secondary offering. So even those two usually reliable sources have conflicting information on this company!

If the Canadian dollar is weak against the US dollar that should help RYG's exports to the US (their products are cheaper); but RYG is such an international company with plants in so many countries that all of that may not amount to much in the long term.

I'm still long the stock, but really wishing for better and faster information from this bunch. Good Luck, Julio.
