I'm not giving up on the stock, especially when we're so close to
breaking news, but I'm still disappointed seeing the stock back at
$1.5 and rollout dates continuously slipping.

I'm not giving up either, but this has been IATV's story for the past 5 years - it's gonna do great things in 6 weeks....I have grown 5 years older waiting out that 6 weeks...I don't think I'd be going out on a limb to predict that it will bounce from 1.5 to 2 until (IF) we have news of a cable carrier and channels operational. Until then we can all just take a nap.

However, the stock will have to
go over $5/share IMO before any serious investors consider it.

I think you're right, plus I think some institutions won't buy penny stocks (those below $5) Robert? Atheist? Scottie? And is that because of by-laws or what?

I would be interested to hear the reason for the rollout slippage. It would be nice to know if we are looking at a minor technology problem or a major disagreement between the involved parties as the cause of the delay. I understood the head end station in Dallas was operational at the 1st of December.

On another subject, does anybody know how many shares will be outstanding after all the preferred shares are excercised?
