I haven't see later figures but check this out I think calling gang members "animals" is stretching it. It certainly documents the attribute "Ugly American" to a "T" <pun> The thing that gets me is this: Why do citizens have a higher bar in many aspects than illegal immigrants? Treat everyone the same.
