I always thought a Special Prosecutor ( as the name implies) was to prosecute a crime, not go looking for one and/or indict Russians that don't exist. Manafort's implied crimes should be under the jurisdiction of the New York legal system, not Mueller. How stupid of me to think DIMMS would follow the law and Constitution. WITCH HUNT and a failed one at that!
