I have been told by a real estate broker that earning $20 an hour is a good wage in the Las Vegas area. The broker told me he sells a lot of 400k homes to couples who each earn $20 an hour. I have always been extremely hesitant to befriend anyone who is not middle income or poor. The reason for this is I do not want my principles and values tainted by a wealthy outlook. I know there are exceptions. That is why I say hesitant and am extremely careful. My allegiance is to those who don't have. People who brag or boast about things they have are instant turn offs.
