Need new mental healthcare tax charged to the Social Media companies like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, Smartphone makers, etc. But it won't happen. USA is a special country where problems can always find answers that increase the problems even further... like 2013(253), 2014(270), 2015(333), 2016(381), 2017(345), the number of mass shootings in the USA.
