I've been minimizing iodized table salt and potato that happens to be rich in iodine. Also, canned vegetables, although they have added sodium do not contain iodized salt.

I've lost some belly fat, probably due to very little potato, but I've been fatigued lately, which can be caused by iodine deficiency.

Anyway, I ordered a D3 and iodine supplement to try.
