Phase II hopefully will begin around April. HVSF must be notified by the FDA to begin Phase II.

Here is an e-mail I got from investor relations:

Management of Harvard Scientific believes that Ms. Krilich's reputation is
impeccable and she will be a tremendous asset to our new team. Her
appointment as COO will also enable Dr. Hofmann the time he needs to fully
concentrate upon FDA matters for our products under development. Over the
past few months, Dr. Hofmann has been asked to wear many hats for the Company
and finally will be assisted by competent professionals such as Ms. Krilich
and Mr. Curtis Orgill. We are committed as new management to bring in the
most competent and professional personnel available to serve the Company.

As for your inquiry regarding Phase II, we anticipate initiation of Phase II
clinical trials by April '98 (obviously, upon proper notification from the
