Well, we would it would help to know who their registered agent is and what the agent's address is. This can usually be obtained from someone like the Secretary of State (State of Florida probably). Once we know who the registered agent for the company is we call and ask about law suits pending. Usually small companies would be sued in the state and county where they are registered. So one might also check the county records in whatever county Sarasota is in. Sounds like a lot of work, doesn't it? Still puzzled why the stock has shown strength lately. George
