| when I dated and was in long term relationships with most of the females in my life, we never talked about religion or politics, the only time someone tried to convert me was a nice looking Mormon woman who said she had a guardian Angel following her around, after 3 dates good looking or not she was a nut job and I stopped seeing her. I grew up in a family with some strong socialists and they would talk politics at family gatherings always shouting at each other, I grew to hate politics because of this , I'm strictly a middle of the road guy, believing common sense and the good of the people should always rule the day, I can't vote for someone I do not like, I won't follow party lines if the leader is a wacko, my sister who leans very left always gives me shit when I tell her i'm not voting at all when I don't like anybody running for office, If I could have voted for President I would have voted for Clinton because Trump is as wacko as they come, there is only one Republican I have any respect for and that Is McCain because of what he went through in the war, thats the only reason, the rest of the Republicans seem like most of them crawled out from under a rock. |
