I was a Bernie Sander's supporter because he was an avowed Socialist.

Pushed to the extreme, concerns about homelessness and inequality have always been the main drivers behind a socialist government. And, as you know, there are all different forms of socialism. It would have been interesting to see what variant the Bernie Sanders model would have enacted.

I was at least willing to give him a shot.

You do a very good job of showing how both parties don't represent the interests of its citizens. No real arguments there. I think we both understand why the wars and military aggression take place. But what positive conclusions can you draw from this? If the System is bankrupt, don't we need a better system?

Some think it can't happen, but it can. The electorate, at some point, will vote a socialist candidate like Sander's in as President. Whether he survives is another story.

Clearly, most, if not all participants on this thread, have achieved some degree of success through an understanding of how the System works and in possessing a vibrant business and knowing how to grow a business. Others have worked for the big entities that control the System and have profited handsomely. Yet they are bothered by what they see.
