Ironically good for making the skin on pork belly crispy for roast pork (Chinese Siu Yuk) or Filipino Lechon

Himalayan Pink Salt

Makes me think of relaxing bath salts :))

I also use Kosher salt on my Prime Rib roast with herbes de provence (mix my own) and peppercorns
