The fundamental propagandacan be verified unlike the short position, $5MM, new bottling facilites and the backorders.They have never come to fuition and the merger was first announced almost 4 months ago.

3. a broker spends 8-10hrs. a day slamming the stock?

This is your opinion only. Total time to make 10-15 posts would be more like 30-40 minutes. No one has to continually sit at their computer in order to post.

I HAVE NO IDEA IF THIS IS TRUE but it WARRANTS CLOSER INSPECTION....why are they always on threads with large short positions?

Your conspiracy theory is a figment of your imagination and possible wishful thinking on your part because in your mind it may support your "short" theory. It is a false assumption.

IMO this is a completely self-serving apology as you realized you had gone too far and were being criticized by both camps.
