Bought a bit of EMKR, based on budding defense business and concern about trade wars with China easing ( their optical products could be affected by such). Solid balance sheet with lots of cash (> 1/2 market cap).
Laser Gyros are high tech products with lots of IP. If they can get a decent products in the hand of some customers, this business could well be worth more than the market cap.

This can’t go to foreign vendors ( at least not outside the NATO) due to security concerns.
