Oops, I didn't know that they had sold this business. My company uses a KLA probers, so I know that they did make them at one time. I am pretty sure that we have bought new ones in the last several years, but it may be that this company has rights to use the KLA name for a period of time. BTW, if that was the only mistake I made in my previous message, I would be surprised! Thanks for keeping me honest! Greg
