The same can be said for all countries. Local issues manifest from initial conditions, once one of the local manifestations reaches a collective consciousness, you can pretty well estimate that the problems will just repeat albeit local issues will change.

Initial conditions are derivative of momentum achieved and thereafter extrapolated to the narrowest spectrum of users.

There is no system, better than its own sensory organs.

When the only feedback permitted into a system is self referential positive feedback, you have a terminal system.
