HG---I feel like I felt the pulse of the carcass today, and there is still a faint beat. I got a response from someone that is not directly attached to the company, and he said that it is still alive. He did not directly say why the reports were late, but he did say that there were going to be reports. And from what he said, it will be before the end of the month. This is from the head of the company that is auditing UMSI----not UMSI. This stock has lost so much at this point, I hardly think that any of us has anything to lose by holding on to it. Bad decisions were made by the company. They are going to do one of two things---pack it up and haul ass, or try to get their act together. Personally just knowing that an independent auditing company is still working on the books gives me a glimmer of hope. Everybody try to stay positive. I don't think that they have packed up and headed south yet. Art
