Of course none of the investors are to blame. Either Seymour and Diwan are stock fraudsters (most likely), or they are completely delusional and incompetent about everything other than their compensation. In either case, Diwan is egregiously negligent in his duties as an officer and director, and has been willfully abusing his roles in a public company to benefit his private company. All it would take is for someone with the money and inclination to sue these idiots back into the stone age.
