looking at the whole sector it never got out of the bear market, that my perspective. Mind you the whole feel and texture of the market has changed over the last decade. might be a case i do not know when a bear leaves the room. Feels more like the bear, opened one of its eyes looked around and went back to napping on the miners doorstep........the door can open a crack but thats about it.......and it keeps getting shut on folks fingers.
