Yes I hope that was the reason, but coms did not drop 1 point for last
15 min and closed near it is high for the day.

My guess is that a lot of momentum players who bought JBIL shares on friday, monday at low 30 or in the morning when it went up to 37 7/8 sold them realizing that it was not going higher (such day!). I watched the tape and noticed that in the last 15-30 min most trades were 1000 shares or less.
