Exercise is so important... I went for my walk today already even though I really didn't want to go... but I did, and then went 3 rounds of sparring in the garage with my heavy bag... without the routine activity I would not be as mobile as I am... our long ago ancestors walked great distances and hunted every day just to eat to survive... we take all of it for granted... so, when I do my exercise I think of how I'm trying to be just as active, although I realize hunting over many miles is far more difficult and a lot more stressful... GZ
