Bill-Technically your right, but lets look at the big picture! What I ment to say is that the low for the year was established in either the first or second quarter in (actually 94,95,96,& 97) The point being that the low for 98 has a high probability of being set in the first two quarters Given almost a 50 point spread last year we could see 80 to 130 this year Thus supporting a high probability for a downward direction now!!! Thanks for the clarification Dan (THE BEAR)
