Doug, From HK Chinese paper, they said they have large holding of China Air (HK1110, IPO last month); Shanghai something (the 1 will be listed in HSI soon) and 1 more red-chip (will find my paper)--none is China ADRs in US. I really doubt they would dump their shares at such a low price (under book value?). At least China plays rally big today in HK this morning. My guess is that you should long in short-term only, remember to take your profits! Good luck!
