A couple of interesting articles that, IMO, directly impact the case against Sinovel and may seriously benefit AMSC's case for damages, as well as the ultimate Criminal Fine... The first deals with the US-China negotiations over ZTE.. Trump want's a $1.3 BILLION fine (sound familar?) and Xi offers a change in management and $500 Million fine. Trump counters with a guarantee that ZTE will buy parts from US companies... zerohedge.com Now, as we saw from McGahn's testimony before the USTR, Sinovel used AMSC's stolen software in over 8,000 of it's wind turbines. McGahn calculated that saved Sinovel some $15 Billion + So what if AMSC gets offered something similar to ZTE? So many of Sinovel's Wind Turbines have to be upgraded each year and Sinovel's management is replaced.. Here's a second article discussing Wilbur Ross's return to Bejing, and the likelihood he's going to be MUCH tougher, given how Xi manipulated the NK talks and put Trump in a position of having to cancel them.
