Update Windows Offline with the WSUS Offline Updater ... ... to save considerable time and frustration. The latest version (and documentation) is up to date for Win10 updates through through May 1, 2018 and is available here: download.wsusoffline.net 'Eli the Computer Guy' overviews the product in this 2013 video ... There is a decent tuturial here: malwaretips.com ... and it is worth a read before using it the first time.
