Yes, the Soviet Union was gone so spending dropped. Clinton and the Dems raised taxes and revenue soared. If you look at the numbers (and you won't) you'll see the deficits fell every single year under Clinton. Republicans can't say this. None of them can ever say it. They cut taxes and explode the debt. I marvel at your lack of knowledge.
