JD - it was this one engineer's report that wasn't written for promotion, the one thing that caused the "silence of the lambs" from then on.

I don't know if Thiess reads anything, if he did he would be much further ahead than some.

The Zenners love to read the promotion pressers, but they need to read a lot more. For example:
