Nancy, your win95 files may be corrupt.. a friend reported having re-installed the operating system to restore ALTHOUGH he was having problems beyond Netscape crashes. It would be most helpful if you could get a "details" report on your crash. Is the system a complete freeze or just the program module. Do you have any component test software to see if any ram chips or io's are defective... or an older copy of Netscape... does Explorer run? So many questions, so few ways to figure it out using SI as a sounding board when you can't reply.. goodluck.. PS the oils are looking good for a bounce
