Just spoke with IR department a couple hours ago and mentioned our responses to the Barron's article, I also e-mailed a copy of the Barron's article to Edmund Glaser. I had to get in a few quick questions while I was on the phone...

Q.Why did MRV target Fibronics? What exactally is MRV looking for?
A.The gigahub as well as a few other products. We are also looking at the existing market Fibronics has in the corporate world. (these were mentioned in the news release....Bank of America, Volkswagon, Fiat, etc....)
Q.Do they open up a European market that you do not already have?
A.We are already in Eorope, but this will expand us in the corporate structure.
Q.Has there been any information released on Intel?
A.Only our relationship with Intel.
Q.Is the reltionship you have with Fujitsu breaking into new territory?
A.We have a deal already with a company selling to Japan. Fujitsu expands our sales there.
Q.Third quarter....How is every....
A.We have experienced nothing adverse that would effect the company.

There were a few more questions but nothing different than what we already know. For those of you that have never phoned the IR department, let me assure you that they are eager to answer our questions and very curteous as well. My hats off to all of them. I also received the phone number today of the man that wrote that trash piece. I do believe I will be contacting him in the near future as soon as I figure out how to control myself while speaking with him. BTW, Renee, Noam Lotan is CEO of MRVC.(not sure if you are kidding or not)
