Better thought..... OK...I'm Xi Jinping, or Bo Wang. This AMSC thing is coming o a head. With a US court ready to hand out maybe a few $100M in damages. The global financial market is looking to China for honesty, parity and equity, etc. How do you make it go away? Buy it. You get a business that's viable, not profitable, but ongoing, and admirable. And you can decline to pursue closure of the legal judgements. Bamm. Form Sinovel-Jinping, LLC. buy AMSC, and settle this thing in house. So maybe this would be chapter 2 to the post judgement scenario in the market, following Monday's sentencing. need to ponder this.....
