Their shipping department needs work. I learned from my last order that the tracking numbers mean nothing because "shipped from" did not match any of the labels on the boxes.

The boxes were all oversized but at least one of the boxes had air pillows to make up the empty space instead of the reams and reams of brown paper from a roll that stuffed the other two boxes.

As for tax, I always thought that if something is shipped from the state you live in then there is tax. If it is shipped from out of state, then no tax. Well, not according to Walmart. Back in March I ordered a market umbrella which was shipped from Indiana but tax was charged.

None of the items from my last order were taxed. But they were food items and usually there is no tax.

Tax on food is confusing. Baked goods, for example. Did you know that here in WA there is no tax on sugary or fruit filled baked goods? Unless you ask for a fork. Then it's taxed. There is always tax on savory baked goods. Makes no sense. I could go on for days about this topic alone.

Canada (B.C. at least) has a weird food tax too. Buy one donut, pay GST. Buy 6, no GST. Unless they're glazed, then there's tax. Chocolate bars are taxed, chocolate frosting, no tax.

Need to carry a flow chart to go shopping these days.
