Higher taxes? How about disgorgement of any profits (???). Shepard didn't buy any stock in the open market. He exercised cheap options--20,000--and then sold the stock higher-- and he sold more than he exercised--37,000. Why waste time on the NJ group? They seem to have found an able and willing partner in tcln top mgmt. Stone sold 35,000 more shares and Moding sold another 10,000. Taylor bought 10,000. It may have been an option exercise but he didn't sell any. Gorbett-Frost was not an open market purchase but an option exercise. All in all yesterday insiders sold 77,000 shares in the open market. Open market sales by insiders is probably over 200,000 shares in two weeks.

Davis, this is a complete disgrace. Can you imagine sitting at a board meeting as your account is being sold out. And everytime you post that the problems are taken care of, that they are over, that Stone said...you get embarassed because Stone lied to you.

I always appreciate your being positive. We have been the biggest supporters of tcln for years but enough is enough. This is really shameful.
