As a heavy user and developer of Test Instruments, I can tell you that Keithley/Tektronix are the best.

They can be traded under the symbol FTV as both companies are now owned by Fortive.

It is interesting how closely they track each other, with Fortive having some longer/deeper swings.

Now looks like a good time to add some more FTV after the recent Down before the coming Up.

I'll be doing just that.
