The trading activity is a bit strange.. But, let's face it, so is the lack of news coverage over this matter. I understand the company management not being being able to discuss the legal aspects of the case. But news agencies? One would think that their story would be headline news on a regular basis given the current disputes with China over IP theft and trade. However, there is a Federal conviction, and once the sentence is handed down, there is a requirement to enforce it. I'm wondering if the timing of AMSC's earnings (Wednesday post-market) is timed to Wilbur Ross' trip to Bejing this weekend. Suggestions are that he is going there to "rip up some bamboo" over China's attempt to screw up the NK summit for Trump.. Everyone was expecting earnings this past week.. However we look at it, I think we're in for a very interesting conference call this time around. Hawk
