If Hynix now owns a portion of the JV, is that potentially troublesome for WDC? This is false information. Hynix does not now own a portion of the JV. They have provided financing, but currently hold no equity. Accurate facts are important to evaluating an investment. Knowledge of the industry, the technology, and the capital structures involved are imperative to investment success.
