frankly I could care less about earnings. progress and improvement is what I expect. the RE sale is a one off benefit, and smart money won't hold that as durable.

Agree that the delay in earnings and a CC until after sentencing presents a great opportunity for them to expound some possibilities, while not strictly/legally compromising any ongoing efforts.

So, next week, as most here agree, should prove very interesting.
