When CYMI does require investment banking services in the future, I highly recommend that they approach someone other than M.S. and/or Monty, possibly DLJ in place of them. IMHO M.S. and Monty have shown no loyalty or support and CYMI should consider this when awarding any future inv banking contracts.

If CYMI's earnings and forecast this month are in line with what they have been saying all along, then nothing has changed and M.S. and Monty were wrong in their assessment. An improved recommendation by them at this point may make them look good in other people's eyes, but their assessment will have been completely wrong and they should have to accept some responsibility for the damage they inflicted on CYMI shareholders.

Unfortunately, about the only thing that can be done is to deny them any future business. If CYMI's earnings and CC bear out managment's case, then M.S. and Monty deserve nothing from CYMI and we should collectively recommend this to CYMI management with copy to M.S. and Monty. As Jay or Brett once commented, "let's see who is right."
