I remember the discussion too. For the record, unfortunately, this is not a Zip drive (nor a SparQ, cRocky.) If I recall correctly, and someone help me out here, Nintendo is USING ZIP-LIKE TECHNOLOGY. The first thing that comes to mind is ATOMM technology.

I'm not a techie and I can't explain in details, however, the last time this discussion was started, about spring of '97, this is what I remember.

Anyone else remember reading about this?????
