Center right will win.Business friendly kind of guy The money bags are standing by. Lots of investments already in the electricity sector. A lot will be invested in the telecoms that needs urgent upgrade and changes in the archaic regulations. that is my take they locked Lula up to make sure he will not win. Lula would have won based on the Brazilians protest-vote. I guess they will release after elections.
