This is one of those sitchee-ashuns where you wanna find the judge out at happy hour and by him a few shots....lol

Overall, while frustrated at the time slip, and likely worthless june calls, I view the delay as bullish. If it was simple we'd have had our decision already, or by CoB. A delay means it's more complicated, for any number of factors, politics, fiscal, etc.

I can wait.
