No, you don't want to find that judge. But I agree, this is the time to wait patiently. I'm especially satisfied that the EU has chosen to be highly critical of Chinese handling of foreign intellectual property rights, and the apparent Chinese response. Sooner or later there will be a reckoning in favor of AMSC, but because that date is unknown, I don't think much of buying call options with a short expiration date and relatively low premium. I think the preferred strategy is outright purchase of the stock, on margin if need be, where the margin costs are less than the premium and commission on the options.
