What YOU don't understand is that people are NOT better off today because those programs have yet to be paid for, and they will have to be. And when they are, there will be great suffering that your generation has heaped upon future generations.

But as with all Ponzi-like Schemes, when the collapse comes, vast numbers will be unfairly damaged. We don't know what that is going to look like, but we do know that it is going to happen and it will be ugly and unfair. Most importantly, it will be morally wrong.

It is my opinion, and I don't argue it is anything more, that one generation should not bind its successor generations into the slavery of debt. That is what you are supporting.
